EXPERIENCE
Twenty years of experience litigating, arbitrating and mediating cases in state and federal courts in St. Louis City, St. Louis County, Jefferson County, St. Charles County, Lincoln County and outlying counties in Missouri, and state and federal courts in St. Clair, Madison and outlying counties in Illinois. Four years experience at UniGroup, Inc., Managing Attorney for Litigation Unit handling claims for United Van Lines, LLC, Mayflower Transit, LLC, Vanliner Insurance Company and UniGroup Worldwide and traveled and taught seminars at regional agency events on a variety of topics including cargo and warehouse claims.
